Learning analytics is the measurement, collection, analysis, and reporting of data about learners and their contexts, for purposes of understanding and optimizing learning and the environments in which it occurs.

It is now the time to submit the article for the Special Issue Learning Analytics of the International Journal of Information and Learning Technology (IJILT). The special issue will be published as Volume 3 of the journal for 2019. But the timeline is very strict. The article must be submitted and reviewed between now and the end of February 2019, thus I ask you to submit the paper no later than February 20th, please. The article needs to be approximately 3000-6000 words long. The article must be submitted through the ScholarOne online system here. Please create a user if you do not have any yet. General submission guidelines for authors can also be found here. The selection of the special issue is done in step 5 of the submission process “Details and comments”. When you arrive at that step please select the issue you are submitting to “Learning Analytics (CSEDU2018), which is already available in the platform.
