EDEN DLE 2022 Tallin Estonia
EDEN Digital Learning Europe was pleased to have the annual conference hosted by the University of Tallinn, Estonia, in hybrid mode, June 20-22, 2022. The digital ecosystem of education has experienced both challenges and surges of innovation in Europe over the past two years. This situation presents a potential for EDEN to serve as a hub for professionals working on the digital transformation of educational organisations. The theme for 2022 was "Shaping the digital transformation of the education ecosystem in Europe".
At the EDEN Fellows Meeting in Barcelona on October 24, 2018 the Council of EDEN Fellows was launched, which include all Fellows and Senior Fellows of EDEN and serve in an advisory capacity to EDEN EC, as a think tank for future visions, and as ambassadors of EDEN. I was honored andpleased to recieve the EDEN FELLOW in 2014 in Zagreb, Croatia. I wasd the third one in Sweden and the first female. This year in 2022 i was honired to recieve the EDEN DLE Senior Fellow, the second one in Swedena, and again the first female.

A two-year Digital Inclusion4all project objectives are to: 1. To improve the key competencies, skills, and learning performance of young people in schools, by promoting quality improvements, innovation excellence at the educational level, and involving digital inclusiveness. 2. To improve the competencies of teachers and educators to promote digital inclusion and tackle disinformation through education and training. The expected outcomes: - Training of trainers for implementing digital inclusion, developed from analyzed results and best practices from teachers and trainers in the field of digital Inclusion. - Guide for educators including materials from Intellectual outputs of the project. - Study of best practices and case studies. - Online contest for schools to present their best practices in digital inclusion of all learners. - Final seminar. Main target groups of the project: students, school staff, schools, other education providers, public bodies, national agencies.
EDEN Digital Learning Europe (EDEN DLE) was established to continue the work of the European Network for Distance Education and E-Learning (EDEN and now EDEN UK) after the United Kingdom left the European Community. Its purpose is to share knowledge and improve understanding among distance education and e-learning professionals and to promote policy and practise across Europe and beyond. EDEN Digital Learning Europe is the smart network for professionals and a professional community for smart learning. EDEN Digital Learning Europe was founded in 2019 as an international educational association and non-profit organisation open to institutions and individuals involved in e-learning and, more broadly, open and distance learning. The association offers versatile expertise and covers all levels of formal and non-formal education and training. EDEN Digital Learning Europe has always been committed to promoting networking, international cooperation and professional development. A key asset of EDEN Europe is its strong and active membership. By joining EDEN Europe, you become part of the largest and most dynamically developing professional community of electronic distance learning experts and practitioners. EDEN Digital Learning Europe is registered as a non-profit association under Estonian law.
