A new year to begin in 2025. There are many challenges ahead. For this year I am very proud and honored to continue with the ICDE - International Council for Open and Distance Education as a Board member. ICDE is the oldest and largest global organization in our field. This year will be very much of interest as we launched the new ICDE strategy on 5th December 2024, to come into action and to be implemented in 2025-2028. It was very interesting work to be part of its development and processes during the year. The overall aim is that "Together we shape inclusive, scalable and sustainable education" and we build a Culture of Care, Curiosity, and Challenges.
